We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read this policy, along with the terms and conditions of our course offerings and their benefits, available online at https://www.ihfa.uk. This policy provides important information regarding your rights and obligations concerning any purchase made through us.
General Refund Policy
Educord International Pvt. Ltd. may refund some transactions or purchases depending on the applicable refund policy for the selected program/course. Any refund for a partly or fully paid program/course fee shall always be subject to deductions, including but not limited to:
- Application Fees
- Administrative Charges
- Marketing & Promotional Charges
Educord International Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify and amend this refund policy at its sole discretion. All disputes regarding this policy shall be subject to the legal jurisdiction of Bijnor (Uttar Pradesh) Courts only.
Non-Refundable Cases
No refund will be provided if a refund request is raised at info@ihfa.uk under the following circumstances:
- After the closing of enrolment for the program/course.
- Within 10 days before the program/course start date.
Refund Request Process
For refund-related queries, please email info@ihfa.uk with the following details:
- Name
- Course Name
- Mode of Payment
- UTR (Transaction ID)
- Date of Deposit
- Amount Paid
Refund Policy for Partnership Programs
For programs conducted in collaboration with partnering institutes, the selection and refund process follows these terms:
- Educord International Pvt. Ltd. (ICLR) and its partner institute reserve the right to cancel a program before its launch. In such cases, applicants will receive a full refund.
- Applicants must read and understand the program details before registration.
- GST will be charged at the prevailing rates over and above the fee.
- Non-Refundable Fees:
- Once selected for a program, fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If an applicant is rejected based on eligibility criteria or incomplete documents, a Processing Fee of INR 2,500 will be deducted before issuing a refund.
- If the applicant rejects the offer or fails to submit necessary documents, no refund will be issued.
- If an applicant’s loan application is rejected by a financial institution, no refund is applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Educord International Pvt. Ltd. (IHFA) reserves the right to cancel any training program at any time for any reason. If a training program is canceled:
- The participant will be informed and offered an alternative training program or a full refund (if no logins have been released).
- Once an order for training is placed, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained. All sales are final.
Pay After Placement Scheme
- Upfront Payment: Any upfront payment made toward the training fee or applicable charges under the Pay After Placement scheme is non-refundable.
- Full Course Fee Payment: If the participant has paid the full course fee upfront and does not secure employment during the placement period, the placement service fee will be refunded, subject to compliance with the agreed terms.
This refund policy is subject to periodic review and updates by Educord International Pvt. Ltd. (ICLR). Any modifications will be published on our website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
